Merz Aesthetics, Inc. is looking for a customer service oriented individual that can maintain the integrity of the account through dedication, hard work, positive attitude and solid communication. The candidate must be a self-motivated, internally driven, organized and reliable individual who will represent our company to the highest level.
As an Inside Sales Specialist you are a key member of our customer focused team. Our Inside Sales Specialist position involves lead generation, lead follow-up and lead qualification into sales. The successful individual will qualify prospects and work with our Territory Managers to close the sale. This individual will also be responsible for coverage of an outside Territory that becomes vacant for any reason. Building strong relationships, and closing the sale are key to this position Proven Sales success is beneficial to this position, having the ability to showcase the product to an audience of Health Care Professionals, both in person and over the phone, communications skills are a must.
Additional skills / requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum Associate degree, preferably in Business or Marketing or equivalent combination of work experience is required. Minimum of two years proven sales experience.
- Up to 50% travel when covering a Territory Vacancy.
- Qtrly travel to a Territory to train with Field Personnel.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Team focused.
