Recruiters and Agencies
Merz Aesthetics prefers to recruit candidates directly, rather than through a third party recruiter or agency. We will only pay a fee for candidates submitted or presented if there is a signed recruiting agreement in place between Merz Aesthetics and the recruiter or agency and the candidate is submitted for a specific job opening. In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to Merz Aesthetics by a recruiter or agency without a signed agreement in place or a without a specific job opening, Merz Aesthetics explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidates without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. If you have a signed agreement with Merz Aesthetics, please contact your Merz Aesthetics staffing representative, who will provide you with the appropriate link to submit your candidates.
